This WSQ Certificate programme is intended for adults seeking fundamental knowledge and skills in food and beverage production and wish to apply their learning to the workplace. It presents basic food production principles while emphasizing the importance of meeting the needs and, whenever possible, exceeding the expectations of customers. 
 
The objectives of the WSQ Certificate in Culinary Arts are:
a.To prepare individuals for entry-level employment in the food and beverage industry as kitchen assistants.
b.To upgrade the individual’s skills and knowledge and obtain a certificate.

5 weeks (Full-time)
 
Entry Requirements
- Passion for Culinary Arts; Pastry and Bakery; Food & Beverage Management / Operations or Beverage Operations 
- Possess leadership qualities; be artistic and disciplined.
- All applicants are required to undergo the interview process and online profile testing
 
- Singapore Students: 
   - N Level or WPLN Level 4.
- International Students:
   - High school diploma or its equivalent.
- Be able to speak, read and write English or possess a score of IELTS 4.5 / TOEFL iBt 32-34 or WPLN Level 4.
- At least 16 years old (WSQ-CCA / CPB / CFBO)
- At least 18 years old (WSQ-CBO)
