Introduction
The rise of Asian economies has fuelled demand for legal services in the region, especially in terms of structuring cross-border deals as well as dealing with transnational disputes.  The aim of this LLM programme is to expose students to a broad range of legal issues that businesses in Asia are likely to encounter, so that they will be better prepared to advise on cross-border matters in the region.

- Hard copies of supporting documents must be mailed to the LLM Programmes Office in order for the application to be considered valid.  Details on the supporting documents required can be found at www.smu.edu.sg/llm under the admissions tab.
- Shortlisted applicants will be required to undergo an interview and sit for a short written test.
