Biomedical science is the study of the human body, its structure and function in health and disease. Biomedical scientists require an understanding of medical biochemistry, microbiology, pharmacology, cell and molecular biology, physiology, infectious diseases and neuroscience.
 
This programme aims to give you a thorough understanding of human disorders and their underlying molecular basis. Subjects you'll cover are broadly similar to the pre-clinical components of medicine and dentistry.
 
The practical nature of this programme also encourages the development of skills necessary for all graduates to perform efficiently in the work environment.
 
Course Duration: 24 months (Full-time) or 48 months (Part-time)
