Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals and KPIs
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Plan and execute integration between dynamics 365 (MS CRM) and Adobe products.
Provide advising during project start-up.
Experience in Adobe Experience Manager.(AEM)/Adobe CQ, Adobe Campaign (Neolane), Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Analytics

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
