Job Description :
  • Install, configure and administrate Micro Focus ALM and ALM Octane
  • Create and maintain ALM workflow scripts and synchronizers
  • Stay up to date with application changes and updates
  • Schedule and implement ALM patches and upgrades
  • Be able to work occasional late night and weekends (green-zone) for patch and fix installations
  • Liaise with level 1 support team and users to resolve complex problems
  • Liaise with vendors for support and troubleshooting
  • Develop, update and maintain application operations runbook and knowledge-base
  • Train, guide, and assist end-users in use of ALM


Requirements :
  • Degree holder in a technical discipline (Computer Science, IS/IT or related disciplines)
  • Proven working experience of at least 5 years in providing user support
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed including occasional weekends and evenings
  • Proficient in English (written and oral)
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, skilled in developing collaborative relationships
  • Excellent decision-making, trouble shooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Readily adjusts priorities to adjust to changing demands with tight timelines
  • Customer service orientated and able to exceed users' expectations
