Ensure timely completion and coordination of all project requirements against the project timeline including FM support for re-instatement.
Coordinate multiple vendors relating to Project United, and provide on-site supervision of FM related works, including ensuring the timely and accurate submission of all required work permits and risk assessments .
Joint support with Project team to ensure required fixed asset register for the new site, assist in the asset disposal in the reinstatement site.
Support Senior FM manager and Procurement to set up new or revised contracts for key services.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure no unscheduled downtime during project works that will impact working users
Support Senior FM to write the new FM handbook and protocols for the office.
Support the project to comply with company guidelines, local laws, and principles.
Coordinate and communicate with parties involved in the project, including users that may be affected at different stages of the project.
Track & ensure updated site as-built plans are kept in database using software like CAD tools.
Assist with receiving handover items

- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Part-Time and Contract position(s) available.
