Job Description

Our client, a Japanese MNC is currently looking for Assistant HR Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions - staffing, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, talent management, employee relations and payroll checking
  • Develop and drive recruitment strategies, policies and best practices to attract, retain and engage talents.
  • Manage foreign workers quota to ensure recruitment needs are met through various schemes.
  • Review and recommend changes to HR polices and work processes to increase efficiency.
  • Supervise and guide the HR team in the day-to-day operational execution.
  • Facilitate change initiatives through effective HR consultation and communication skills.
  • Counsel and guide managers, supervisors on fair and positive team management.
  • Counsel and guide employees on HR procedures, performance and people-related issues.
  • Driving the yearly performance and salary review exercise
  • Overseeing the yearly training and development programmes for employees
  • Organizing welfare activities and employees engagement events
  • Resolving to grievances and queries of employees
  • Conducting exit interviews and managing the exit clearance of employees


Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • More than 5 years of relevant HR Generalist experience at supervisory level
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to resolve complex issues with maturity and a positive mindset
  • An organised individual who is meticulous with processes and understand the requirements of the big picture
