Prepare various HR related reports as well as updating organization charts
Payroll and benefits administration for employees including payroll processing, NS, maternity and childcare claim, leave update, CPF submission, yearly tax returns and insurance coverage
Assist in headcount forecast annual budget, performance review exercise
Assist in logistic administration of staff recruitment & termination processes, compliance adherence based on MAS requirements, training & development, induction.
Manage logistics admin for expat matters such as tenancy agreement, children school fees,relocation,employment passes,etc
Assist to review and update HR processes and procedures
Any other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned from time to time
Diploma / Degree with at least 3-5 years of HR generalist and payroll experience
Good local knowledge of Ministry of Manpower regulations
Familiar with Microsoft Office & SAP applications
Good written and spoken English
