Job Description

Job Scope
  • To develop, implement and manage the effective executing of all marketing activities in order to achieve the targeted sales, brand and market share objectives by working closely with and engaging internal stakeholders (i.e. Sales, trade marketing, procurement, finance, etc.) and external parties (creative, media, digital, research, PR, event agencies, vendors and suppliers) to ensure effective and timely execution of brand activations and plans
  • To manage and track brand A&P budget for Above the Line, Below the Line, research and events. And monitor the effectiveness of each marketing campaign/activation/promotion.
  • To ensure competitive advantage by continuously monitoring competitive activities and reviewing current brand activations, advertising and other marketing activities in order to meet consumers’ expectations in a highly competitive market through thorough analysis of market / sales / research information and data to develop appropriate plans and action.
  • To develop and execute the annual brand marketing plans as well as launch plans for new initiatives / new product launches for assigned beverage category brands in Singapore.
  • To manage and engage third party partners and agencies for brand tie-ups, events, sponsorships, promotions and launches.
  • To assist and work with creative, design and PR agencies for development of ATL, online, digital / social media marketing and BTL communications, collaterals and POSMs.
  • To track and analyze brand performance and brand health through research (primary and secondary) and internal sales and financial data. Recommend corrective actions to address areas of concerns.
  • To assist and support in monthly reporting and business reviews.

  • University degree in Business Administration / Marketing or related discipline.
  • At least 5-6 years of brand management/marketing experience in FMCG.
