Job Description
  • Preparing all Executive Presentations and Reports for the Vice President of Food & Beverage.
  • Responsible for EBITDA budgets for all 29 F&B departments in MBS.
  • Reviewing Daily Operating Reports and creating Revenue and Preference reports to see trends, labor optimization, price change impacts, new outlet impact, cannibalization, etc.
  • Reviewing the Monthly P&Ls for all outlets ensuring the correct accounting of all revenues and expenses.
  • Work with business heads to review P&Ls and improve the profitability by working on reducing costs and increasing revenues.
  • Work with all the directors on monthly reviews, flow through analysis, P&L questions, etc.
  • Working with FP&A team to Forecast Revenues and Expenses to reach estimated profits on a weekly basis.
  • Handling Business Cases for various outlets focusing on Transfer pricing, Complimentary products pricing, Service differentiators.
  • Carry out Labor productivity analysis, potential cost of sales analysis for the F&B outlets
  • Liaising with Celebrity Chef Restaurants handling their Budgets, Forecasts and Purchasing
  • Plan and execute a comprehensive process to review, update & track Procurement & Purchasing of equipment and to ensure budgetary and time constraints are addressed.
  • Working with finance and accounting to streamline processes regarding purchasing, invoicing, cash handling, disputes handling, revenue and cost transfers, etc.
  • Work with procurement to streamline ordering, purchasing and delivery of all Non Food items for F&B.
  • Work with IT and handle SAP and Infogenesis requirements for F&B.

Job Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in analysis or business related profiles; experience with 4 - 5 star/diamond properties preferred.
  • Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or other business related fields preferred.
  • Must be PC proficient in applications such as Excel, Access, Word and Power point.
  • Be capable of logical thinking.
  • Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate findings and other data clearly and efficiently to executives and diverse audiences.
  • Be meticulous, able to handle efficiently and in an organized way.
  • Be able to handle ambiguity, high workload, and extreme amount of detail.
  • Have exceptional intellectual, professional and interpersonal agility with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
