Responsibilities • Develop Business Application using Microsoft .Net Technology. • Develop Business Intelligence application that leverage on existing client property/asset management system. • Knowledge of Application implementation. • Capture business requirements, develop specifications and customizations for clients. • Provide technical consulting and support services for clients across Asia. • Document Process and Case Study for knowledge base.
Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. • At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in systems design and development. • Advanced knowledge of SQL Server or other RDBMS. • Advanced knowledge of report writing tools such as MSSQL Reporting Service (SSRS, SSIS). • BI application knowledge will be a huge bonus. • Experience with Transact SQL, MS Visual Basic, Web application development and/or .Net Web Service is a PLUS. • Excellent troubleshooting techniques to identify and document root causes of hardware and software issues. • Team player attitude that promotes a positive work environment. • Demonstrates initiatives, excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize. • Good interpersonal and communications skills. • Real Estate industry knowledge and/or Accounting knowledge are a PLUS, but not mandatory, as training will be provided. • Must have the ability to travel.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
