Job Description
Reports to the Technical Manager to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of all matters relating to maintenance and management of the building. 

Responsibilties: 
  • Assign jobs, supervise technicians and ensure that all assigned or routine jobs, maintenance, repair and replacement works are carried out properly 
  • Regular inspection of building and facilities to ensure building facilities are in satisfactory and serviceable condition 
  • Conduct checks on installations, trouble shooting, preventive and corrective maintenance works on Air-Conditioning and Mechanical 
  • Ventilation System, Electrical System, Fire Protection System, Building Management System 
  • Able to read and interpret drawings and plans submitted by tenant for renovation and reinstatement works. 
  • Liase with contractors on rectification & maintainance work and certify completion of jobs. 
  • Regularly evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements in service delivery. 
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders for procurements. 
  • Manage and maintain proper records, files of correspondence, documents and materials pertaining to Building. 
  • Control and manage use of common amenities and facilities in the Building. Attending to emergencies. 
  • Attend to and document walk-in or telephone enquiries, feedback or complaints and follow-up with relevant recommendations or course of actions. 
  • Creating and maintaining good rapport with tenants and attending to their feedback. 
Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years relevant experiences 
  • A positive team leader with good judgment, prompt decision-making abilities and ability to meet tight deadlines 
  • Possess high level of initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills
