Job Description

Responsibility :
  • This person will work closely with CFO, Chairman and Board Committee and have oversight of all compliance and risk related matter
  • Provide business analytics support to Compliance department
  • To reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct compliance review covering key aspects of the companys operations and to ensure adherence to the companys policies and operating procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Analyse and evaluate the efficiency of controls and make practical value-added recommendations to the management and follow up on corrective actions


Requirements
  • Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with good organisational, planning and project management skills
  • Good leadership qualities with strong drive for achievements
