Cultivate and nurture relationship with the investment community, analyst, and shareholders.
Manage effectiveness of communications and touchpoints to provide appropriate information on performance and plans, and to provide feedback and insight regarding investors, analysts and shareholders’ sentiment and industry conditions.
Work with CEO and CFO to develop, establish and maintain relationships with both existing and targeted new institutional investors, analysts and shareholders.
Work closely with Senior Management to prepare press releases, quarterly earnings releases, ad-hoc industry events, specific business development engagements, conference calls, proxy statements, communication scripts, Q&A, annual reports, sustainability report and SGX filings.
Work closely with Corporate Finance and Corporate Secretarial function to improve corporate governance and disclosure standards.
Work closely with business leaders to create and update sales & marketing promotional materials and support Total Customer Satisfactions.
Monitor and analyse market trends, competitors, customers' activities, regulatory environment, and other external communities that potentially affect company's business.
Improve the effectiveness of internal communication to educate and engage employees to strive towards company vision and strategies.
Corporate Branding and Identity
Build external brand recognition, favourable corporate identity, and positive relations with business media, regulatory body, etc.
Product and maintain website, or other communication materials media to effectively communicate company’s message and branding.
Min Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or other relevant degree with at least 15 years MnC experience in relevant field.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role to lead investor relations and corporate communication function.
Strong in investors relations, internal and external communication, and brand management.
