Working very closely with the Sales Manager, you will be tasked with setting and ensuring that individual as well as counter targets are achieved driving incentive programs for the retail sales personnel and efficiently managing the daily counter operations. You will have a deep understanding of retail store operations and ensure that the retail business carries across the voice of the voice of the brand. You will be tasked with recruitment and training and ensure that the sales personnel are aware of the product developments and competitor movements and keep themselves of the changing market trends. You will have at least 2 years of sales experience in the travel retail space and a degree in any field. You will be a team player working closely with the different departments within the business whether it’s the visual merchandisers, the training and education teams as well as the marketing team ensuring that the business objectives are met with. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
