Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Crew planning and scheduling.
  • Involve in crew recruitment for foreign and local workers.
  • Administrative work such as Singapore work pass application, preparation of employment contract, flight booking and ad-hoc administrative work.
  • To check crew joining documents
  • Mob and Demob crew.
  • Assist HR Manager in preparation of yearly budget.
  • Arrangement of training and courses.


Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
