Job Descriptions
  • Handling of shipment related documentation and report according to customer’s requirement.
  • Ensure department documentations are kept up to date as per company policy or any regulations and law where applicable.
  • Provide clerical support to marketing staff by preparing Sales and Purchase contracts, full set of import/export shipping documents, certificate of origin, customs/insurance declaration
  • Liaising with freight forwarder on trucking and planning of cargo stuffing.
  • Base on customers’ requirement to search and book vessel schedule with carriers/forwarders.

Job Requirements/ Skills
  • Diploma in related field
  • Good negotiation skill to interact with customers
  • Familiar with ERP system and Incoterms is advantage.
  • Good skills in Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Words, PowerPoint is also advantage.

  • Salary Range $2000 - $2600 (Depends on experience)
  • Working hours 8am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
  • Willing to work Overtime when its needed
  • Location: Woodlands
