Job Description


Responsibilities:
  • Report to Team Manager
  • Resolve technical /product issues via phones, web cases and emails
  • Review moderately complex problem situations and participate in the identification of opportunities for improvement to processes, procedures or tools.
  • Identify problems and participate in problem management resolution by collecting and tracking data and progress.
  • Prepare and maintain customer database and develop into analytics reports to provide business insight
  • Conducting training to customer, pre-implementation trial and performing system configuration/administration
  • Provide varies system regular operation support on clients enquiries and production problems.


Requirements:
  • 2 years’ experience in a customer service or IT environment, application support role preferred.
  • Knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Zendesk, Freshdesk etc
  • Strong interpersonal skill and initiative
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese and English to liaise with multi lingual associates
  • Good time management and self-manage
  • Singaporean only
