* Ejecting tapes from a library and inserting scratch tapes
* Supervising the 3rd party vendors and alike in the Secured areas like DataCenters.
* Keeping track of Onsiting/offsiting tape rotations. Maintaining physical records of tape movement.
* Should have good communication skill.
* Phone and Email etiquette is a must.
* Might have to extend support out of office hours on a rare occasions.
* Physical Server health check.
* L1 knowledge of Backup Tools, knoweldge on NetBackup, Symantec, Acronis would be an added advantage.
* Prepare the backup success/failure reports using the templates provided.
* Provide Escort support, Update Inventory documents and track the movement of the equipements in and out of DC, Provide required support to update RMP (Rack Mount Plan) & ANCP (Application Network Connectivity Plan)

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
