Orchestrate, for the Business Unit managed, the monthly S&OP demand review with Country Sales Leaders and Regional Marketing to get the business insight and provide the realistic country sales plan.
Present the quarterly S&OP meeting liaising with Business Unit Leaders, Regional Marketing and Business Finance to get a better alignment on the revenue forecast against the Annual Operations Plan (AOP) and Last Best Estimate (LBE).
Manage the statistical forecasting process and the integration of market intelligence and work with Sales & Marketing and key customers to develop Regional demand plan. Determine inventory policy throughout the region and set proper inventory targets for replenishment in alignment with the Enterprise Inventory Optimization (EIO) suggested safety stock guidelines.
Monitor weekly replenishment process with suppliers (Medtronic, 3rd party) and manage critical backorder situation and shortage allocation policies to optimize service level to our customers.
Participate on new product launch teams for the purpose of defig pre-launch inventory objectives by countries and launch sequencing; communicate launch strategy to regional supply chain community.
Diagnose service level failures and excesses to inventory objectives and ensure corrective actions being taken to remediate and prevent reoccurrence.
Monitor end to end supply chain performance i.e. physical flow, allocation, and master data and intervene as required to ensure optimal performance.
Participate actively and drive supply chain process optimization projects to leverage Corporation and/or industry best practices and enable regional implementation of system solutions such as Advanced Planning Optimization (APO) and Enterprise Inventory Optimization (EIO) etc.
Prepare and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and lead process improvement efforts.
Min Bachelor's Business degree in Operations management; Supply Chain Management
CPIM certified or soon to be obtained is an asset
2-3 years' experience in Planning
Strong understanding of Supply Chain concepts
Experience in ERP environment preferred
Knowledge & hand on experience on SAP MM, APO DP & SNP
