Design and create workflows using Release Automation and scripts for automating deployment
Conduct Jenkins and Nexus installation, configuration and integration to LDAP and Security
Create SVN repository, SVN dump generation and migration
Conduct Continuous Integration (CI) stacks administration, upgrade and Security Management
Troubleshoot issues as 3rd level support
Assist solutions lead, product engineering and technical services in evaluating new products and solutions to streamline operations, improve productivity and perform administrator functions when required
Experience to work in an Agile environment
At least 3 years experience in development and release management operations(DevOps/WS/DB/infrastructure and deployment and management processes for both infrastructure and application components)
Application development experience with at least 2 programming languages (Java, Python, Ruby, Perl)
Experience with Continuous Integration and related tools (e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo, Puppet, Maven, ANT etc)
Experience with Version Control systems (e.g GIT, Bazaar, Subversion, GitLab), Continuous deployment systems ( e.g. CA Release Automation, Puppet, Ansible, , Go etc)
Experience with scripting ( e.g. shell, Bash, php, python, groovy, curl, use/code RESTFUL APIs etc)
Experience with Windows and Linux, particularly RedHat/CentOS Experience with setting up different tools, e.g. ELK, Redis, Splunk, Sense, NewRelic, Nagios, GrayLog etc)
Knowledge of Unix systems with ability to troubleshoot issues in complex, distributed, multi-tier architectures
Knowledge in Network configuration and SSL configurations
Experience in Jboss, apache tomcat, Websphere administration
Experience in writing and maintaining tools and scripts to support automation and operations

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
