Our client, who has a reputation of being a game changer within the industry, is embarking on a transformational journey. In this exciting phase, there now exists an opportunity for a dynamic professional to join them as a Director, Corporate Planning.

Reporting to the Vice President of Planning, you will be part of the strategic team in identifying best practices, efficient processes as well as capabilities in generating meaningful information for senior management's decision making. This will include setting up an organisation wide dashboard and cascading its use and effectiveness to all internal stakeholders. You will be involved in the overall strategic and annual planning process, including SWOT analysis and managing the risk management function for the organisation.

Ideally you are degree qualified and have a minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience. Strong experience in business process re-engineering/improvements, coupled with solid technical skills in corporate and strategic planning are highly preferred. You are articulate and able to work well within complex and sometimes ambiguous environments. Strong stakeholder engagement and high EQ levels are critical success factors of this role.
