Job Description
  • To direct, manage and oversee daily operations of VIP Services.
  • To maintain and provide a high level of service to Paiza VIP guests. Working in conjunction with IM Operations and the Paiza Call Centre to provide a broad range of quality services to our VIPs including; guest transfers, hotel bookings, all in-house requirements, offsite activities and guest travel arrangements.
  • Assist with fund related issues for Paiza patrons, maintenance of membership database, event planning management and other upcoming projects for the IM department
  • To plan, implement and execute charter of aircraft, tournaments and other special events in coordination with IM Management
  • To arrange & maintain VIP airport services with MBS Hotel and external suppliers
  • To participate in recruitment of team members for the department
  • To monitor and develop team members of VIP Services in terms of their work performance, job knowledge and discipline
  • To participate in company's systems development program or any projects with the IT department which may involve Front Office / Paiza, Casino Marketing and International Marketing
  • To coordinate with Paiza, Front Office and Suite Reservation Department in suite management especially during the periods of peak seasons and special events
  • To work closely with Finance Department, mainly with Cage, Credit and Collection, Casino Audit, Revenue Audit and General Ledger in order to comply with company's policies and better understanding
  • Promote and to entice sign up of Complimentary, Premium and Junket Programs to potential patrons
  • To ensure training and development program of VIP Services team members to be conducted in an effective manner
  • To conduct annual team members' performance appraisal review
  • To formulate departmental operations manual and standard operating procedures
  • To participate in the preparation of departmental annual operating budget


Requirements:
  • University degree / College diploma in Hospitality, Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in hotel and / or casino VIP Services experience in managerial role.
  • Proficient in Windows, Word and Excel. Read, write, speak and understand English. Cantonese / Mandarin is an advantage. Experience in front of house operations, charter flight arrangement, casino incentive program and event planning. Knowledge of IT system, include hotel reservations, revenue management and cost control technique
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Able to write reports and business correspondence
  • Get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team.
  • Be willing to work any day of the week and any shift.
  • Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to Departmental and Company policies.
  • Have a well groomed, professional appearance.
