Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and resolving end-user computing equipment – projectors, screen, displays, phones, network connections, user laptop / desktops, KVM, printers, scanners, and others

• Address general user computing support queries; provide user assistance

• User Standard Operating Environment setup 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or equivalent

• At least 1-2 years of relevant hands on experience in end-user computing
