Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for financial and management reporting activities for their Singapore operations. In addition to leading month-end closing processes and ensuring compliance with local and group reporting requirements, you will be involved in tax filing and liaison with external auditors. This is a highly visible role where you will partner senior management in establishing best practices to drive operational efficiency and business performance.
You are CA qualified with at least 5 years of Financial Accounting experience, ideally gained with blue chip multinationals. Prior exposure to full sets and the retail industry will be advantageous. To succeed in this role, you will be described as personable, meticulous and operationally hands on.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
