  • Role: Functional Consultant (HRMS)
    Contract Period: 1 year (renewable)

    1. Use her/his knowledge of HR processes to understand and gain knowledge of product features and functionality
    2. Conduct workshop sessions with the client to understand client’s business requirements
    3. Configure the product/system as per business requirements
    4. Design reporting and alerting requirements
    5. Document and maintain system processes
    6. Resolve /Report on common sources of functional/technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the team to resolve them
    7. Be able to map data requirements for migration. Write simple queries to manage data migration.

    1. Should be aware of HR business process.
    2. Basic knowledge in SQL.
    3. If a candidate is already working on some HR system as a user it will be a value add.
    4. Possess hands on experience in any ERP (HR system)
    5. Candidate needs to have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
