Our Client is a privately owned multibillion FMCG Brand with strong growth in Asia, they are now looking for a Global Route to Market Leader for the General Trade Channel.
Reporting into the Global Director, your key role is to drive digital Route to Market Strategies, developing the best practice for distributor operations and creating demand solution behind global loyalty platform as well as supporting the local markets in pilot implementation. As the expert in the General Trade channel strategies, you will work closely with the subsidiaries Managing Directors and Sales Directors to develop suitable solution to optimize the General Trade business.
You are degree or MBA qualified with at least 10 years of solid marketing experience in a FMCG organisation. Regional and or multi market experience is required with sound commercial acumen. Candidates with past exposure in general trade channels AND shopper marketing exposure are encouraged to apply.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
