Complete service-side communication layer and business layer program preparation
Participate in product failure repair, optimization, and technical support related work
Responsible for the development progress of the module and the quality of the code
Computer-related professional, 3 years and above development experience in C/D + + services, 1 years and above Golang development experience
Proficient in multi-threading, multiple processes, based on TCP/IP, RPC, Http, socket and other communication programming
Proficient in caching and NoSQL, Experience with MySQL database
Priority consideration for candidates with experience in distributed system development design, participated in the high concurrent big data, IM, XMPP, ejabberd etc. related project priority consideration
Experienced in technical advance research, technical difficulty research capabilities, had good programming and documentation proficiency
High level of initiative and development potential. Dares to take on a project head on and strong team spirit

To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
