Job Description

Head/Associate Director- HR Policy & Operations

This is an organisation that’s highly profitable and complex, with senior stakeholders based in different parts of the region. As the lead for HR operations, this position plays a critical role in ensure processes are streamlined and effective to offer more value to business.   Leading a team of direct reports, you will be responsible for regional HR policy, providing guidance and governance on the operating model for employee life activities- both local hires and expatriates; as well as the smooth execution and timely turnaround on employee queries.   

To qualify for this role, you will have more than 15 years of experience leading HR Shared Services, HR Operation or Process design and re-engineering in a fast-moving, dynamic MNC environment. Geographical experience in the region is desirable, along with the ability to adapt and embrace changes.
