A reputable private bank continues to build it's AUM in the region. With the growing AUM, there is now a senior headcount for a dynamic individual to lead its Private Banking Client Service team, based in Singapore.
Sitting with business, you will lead and manage the day to day client service function to the Private Bankers Being a business headcount, the individual plays a critical role to provide commercial solutions without compromising the regulatory requirements. The role has the opportunity to drive a change agenda due to various changes in platform and systems. This is a highly visible role with direct impact to the growth of the business AUM.
You are degree qualified with relevant Private Banking ARM/Client Service experience. You are firm and decisive with strong problem solving skill, integrity, commercial judgement and excellent communication and presentation skills. Mandarin or other Asian language speaking capability will be a plus, given the support of the North Asia market.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
