Based in Singapore this role is required to lead a team and be highly motivated to deliver sales targets professionally. This role will help to develop and execute sales & customer management plans and manage various enquiries. This will involve a high level of customer service as well as sales focus to aid the customers in making their decision. The success of this position will be measured by the conversion rate from leads to revenue. This is a rare opportunity for someone to utilize their Sales/CS experience in a different industry.
For this position, we need someone who is both good at sales strategy (B to C) and client service strategy to improve customer experience and build emotional loyalty, allowing the greater impact to overall sales. At the same time, as a senior position, you will need to be able to manage C-level executives in determining marketing strategy, targets, and budget.
