Job Description

As one of the global organisation in education, my client is looking for a Contract Head of Sales(Telesales) to join them. This role will focus on the success of the global sales team and ensure the team members across the organisation are able to enhance their business relationship.

This Head of Sales will be responsible to lead, manage and motivate the global sales team to deliver year to year growth through lead generation and conversion(B2B & B2C). This role will be required to acquire, assess and harness technologies to deliver results and improve customer experience through digital and non-digital teams.

The ideal candidate should possess:
  • At least 10 years of experience in telesales environment
  • Ability to motivate and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
  • Successful track record in delivering results through telesales solutions
  • Experience in managing big teams
  • Passion in the education industry
  • Available on short notice
