Support a HR Director (Singapore based) in delivering HR services across APAC:
Lead regional performance and compensation policies and cycle
Maintain effective business partnering relationship with the Regional Management and Country MD in the region such as provision of pragmatic HR management advice
Project lead in terms of global initiatives/ projects across APAC
Provide guidance, coaching and advice to location HR Business Partners in the region especially in the area of HR systems
Drive HR operational efficiencies and manage regional HR process improvements
Develop, implement and govern HR related policies, procedures & established guidelines aligned to business needs
Assist in the preparation of regional HR budget
Ensure accurate and prompt delivery of all operational HR services such as payroll Counsel employees and manage grievances and disciplinary actions in an expeditious manner Function as location HR Manager for the Singapore business entities Job Specifications:
Bachelor's Degree in human resources or business; with at least 6 years of hands-on HR partnering experience
Proven track record in:
HR reports & analysis; being an expert in MS Excel in formula such as Pivot table, Vlookup, Hlookup, conditional formatting, etc
Delivering the Compensation and Benefits function especially in HR transformation and compensation benchmarking
HR project management
Operating knowledge of HRIS is essential; knowledge of SuccssFactors is advantageous
You must be self-sufficient, independent and hands-on; and is strong in picking up IT technology to support HR fuction
The incumbent must be a practising HR professional familiar with Singapore employment laws and regulations

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
