This role is a two-year contract with an external agency. The incumbent will be stationed in Civil Service College.
Reports to the Technical Service Manager, and Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers and other Technical Service Consultants in delivering services and projects
The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the overall availability and reliability of the infrastructure and applications to support business operations. In this role, he is responsible for Incident and Problem Management, and Disaster Recovery Plans for the organisation
Ensure that the ICT infrastructure including operational, maintenance and upgrades meet the business needs
Design and implement infrastructure services and hardware that will meet the current and future business needs
Ensure that the proposed infrastructure is compliant with the Technical Architecture, Security policies and IMs
Manage the vendors in terms of deliverables and ensure that contract obligations and SLA are met
Engage staff actively and manage expectations to enhance user experience during project implementations
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in IT with at least 2 years in managing IT Projects;
Certified in ITILv3, and preferably a certification in project management
Team player with strong organization and interpersonal skills;
Good analytical skills, and ability to apply this in resolving issues;
Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in work.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
