    Job Description:
    - Answer incoming technical calls from users
    - Provide technical support to users
    - Liaise with vendors to resolve technical issues
    - Change toner cartridges for photocopiers and printers
    - Change backup tapes on a weekly basis
    - Keep an updated PC inventory list
    - Ensure sufficient stock for toner cartridges
    - Come back to office after office hours (e.g Server room air-con down, Power failures etc)
    - Prepare and submit helpdesk statistic reports on a monthly basis
    - Assist IT Manager to enforce IT policies and ensure that users adhere to them
    - Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by IT Manager or Infrastructure Team Lead
    - Responsible to provide support to all Vessel IT issues, while being accountable for time spent on vessel and tasks being carried out as per process/policies defined where applicable
    - To maintain and produce an updated copy of vessel IT inventory including but not limited to hardware, software, OS printers, applications residing on which specific computer, warranty details etc
    - Log helpdesk calls and documentation of all user requests and problem resolutions, including vessel issues
    - Provide support and resolution to end-user enquiries and issues relating to printers, PC, server, network and application etc
    - Track incidents/problems from open until closure of the entire life cycle of incident/problem management
    - Setting up of VC sessions
    - Setting up / Relocation / Removing of printers, desktops or notebooks, phone sets and voice mail in office or on vessel, where applicable
    Job Requirements:
    - In-depth knowledge and experience in IS Infrastructure, Vendor Management, Service Management and Project Management
    - Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
    - Skills in Microsoft application and tools
    - Familiarity with Service Management tools and management of helpdesk and service offerings
    - Ability to handle a wide variety of issues and prioritise
    - Ability to know when to bring in outside help (eg, Vendors assistance)
    - Ability to listen, understand differing opinions, then find and implement appropriate cost effective solutions
