Job Description
Profile 1) Business Analyst 
Key Responsibilities-
Requirements Analysis & Elicitation:

a) Responsible to identify and define detailed functional specifications based on the business requirements document

b) Analyse and document the "as-is" and "to-be" business and operations processes based on the agreed requirements and / or function points, perform impact assessment and estimation

c) Monitor and manage risks /issues related to requirements and scope-creep

Team Collaboration:

a) Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.

b) Assist in translating business requirements into test scenarios.

c) Facilitate / provide "Train-the-Trainer" on application implementation & enhancements

d) Maintain up-to-date knowledge base related to application features and processes (subject matter expertise)

e) Communicate / liaise with the SI (Vendor) for the scope and solution that has been agreed with the user

Testing & Scope Management

a) Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (defect or change request)

b) Perform impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request

c) Review functional test cases and other test artefacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts in SIT and UAT

Key Requirements

- 5 or more years of experience in Business Analyst role and Design activities

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

- Ability to document processes in a formal notation like BPMN

- Prior domain knowledge / project experience in the AML / KYC space is an added advantage

- Aptitude to learn new technologies as they are incorporated into the system

- Excellent stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills

- Good understanding of and experience with various roles in project development life cycle
Profile 2 ) System Analyst
Key Responsibilities -
To involve in systems analysis, definition & preparation of the detailed functional and technical specifications, create the data flow based on the to-be business processes, execute the data mapping, create the data model and ERD diagrams, execute data gap analysis, support design & build, execute impact analysis on changes, support testing.

Data and Systems Analysis:

h)Identify and document the data flow based on the business processes impacts

i)Identify the gaps between new data fields and the bank’s systems

j)Execute the data mapping between the data flow and the data residing in the bank’s systems

k)Create the data model for the impacted areas and document in an ERD diagram

l)Identify the applications that are impacted by the changes on the business processes

m)Identify the interfaces between applications and document using sequence diagrams

n)Contribute to the detailed functional and technical specifications documents

Team Collaboration:

d)Participate in transitioning the requirements to the technical designers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.

e)Maintain up-to-date knowledge base related to application data and interfaces (subject matter expertise)

f)Communicate / liaise with the SI (Vendor) for the scope and solution that has been agreed with the user

Testing & Scope Management

a) Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (defect or change request)

b) Perform impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request

c) Review non-functional test cases and other test artefacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts in SIT

Key Requirements

- 7 or more years of experience in System Analysis and Design activities

- Ability to document conceptual and logical data models using ERD

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

- Prior project experience in the AML / KYC space as well as online and batch integration is an added advantage

- Aptitude to learn new technologies as they are incorporated into the system

- Excellent stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills

- Good understanding of and experience with various roles in project development life cycle
