Our client is a leading European fashion brand

Job Description:
  • Ensure planning and execution of tactical and operational planning through definition of an annual Business Plan and a quarterly Action Plan. 
  • On a monthly basis report and comment sales activities to the Sales Manager to ensure achievement of monthly/yearly business results. 
  • Gather information on competitors' activities for each segment and provide structured feedback to the Sales Manager, Director and Marketing Team. 
  • Develop and manage pro-actively and systematically effective business relationships with Key accounts on a long-term base and submit Account Development Strategy plans (ADS) on annual & quarterly base with budget/forecast per key account. 
  • Expand customer base and territorial coverage on annual/quarterly targets. 
  • Review orders / credit control issues with Key Accounts, discuss and solve specific problems with customer base and ensure key accounts are being served timely and properly through territory planning. 
  • Promote and sell specific (new) product applications and provide customers with product specifications. 
  • Systematically identify new business opportunities for current customers and in collaboration with the Market Manager develop customized solutions for them. 
  • Build and maintain close contact to key decision makers & influencers per segment. 
  • A business Degree with focus on Sales & Marketing 
  • 4-5 years professional experience in Sales & Marketing in Business to Business environment.
