Job Description
  • Monitor and ensure timely resolution of Nostro and GL accounts (such as Suspense and Sundry)
  • Maintain and prepare detailed record on the outstanding items and escalate to the relevant Operations Centres
  • Coordinate audit matters and ensure timely tracking, resolution and implementation of corrective controls on audit issues
  • Coordinate and update the Business Continuity Planning / Call-Tree and drill exercise
  • Ensure compliance to Clean Desk Policy and conduct periodic "spot check"
  • Work with the Department Heads to ensure timely updating / renewal of Standard Operating Procedures and Delegation of Authority
  • Provide support on other Operations control matters such as system applicatons access review
  • Provide supporting documents for monthly GL reconciliation proofing and yearly KRCSA assessment
  • Provide ad-hoc administration support
  • At least 2 years of experience in banking operations risks and control
  • Proficient in Microsof Office
  • Keen attention to details
  • Reliable and able to perform under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
