Job Description
  • Process Corporate Action (CA) events
  • Ensure that all CA activities are carried out expeditiously and within the regulatory guidelines required
  • Work and liaise with the Business Units ad Financial Institutional clients to ensure CA instructions received are processed accordingly on a timely and accurate basis
  • Ensure staff are equipped with knowledge / materials to ensure competency in job
  • Carry out other assignments as given by Section Head and Department Management

  • 2 years of experience in Corporate Actions, specialising in Singapore and other foreign markets (preferably US, UK, Australia)
  • Good knowledge of local general banking operations, MAS and SGX regulatory requirements, Corporate Action SWIFT messaging
  • Good interpersonal communication, written, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confident in handling internal stakeholders
  • Diligent, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, team player
