Job Description

Conceptualization and creation of pitch deck, sales sheets and collaterals for new products according to the specifications and requirements determined by Product Development.
Conceptualization, creation and updating of marketing collaterals for both BD and affiliates to support Account Management and Business Development teams.
Prepare and maintain presentation decks according to corporate branding requirements.
Plan and implement new affiliate launches by ensuring all sales deck, collaterals, media and events are executed according to plan
Plan, organize and execute main trade events (e.g. AOCAP, ARTHOP, ARDA, etc.)
Responsible for internal and external communication - maintain a communications calendar for all affiliate communications, draft and distribute related press releases, etc.
Source for opportunities to showcase APAC affiliates in regional , Ventures magazines and trade magazines. Manage and execute the publication of Ventures for Affiliates.
Manage the affiliates facing websites to drive the communication of the value proposition for both potential and existing affiliates.
Region Project leads for affiliate facing web enhancement projects initiated by global. This includes but
not limited to projects involving affiliate reporting sites.
Manage the overall Marketing budget and drive marketing expense efficiencies.
Preparation of reports for Management and BD team on regular basis
Participate, sponsor and/or lead operational projects as necessary.

Ideally, the individual should have a strong preference for creative thinking and the ability to create tools and materials to support a sales team.
Demonstrated leadership ability. Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated high level business acumen with the ability to think strategically
Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities in a dynamic, deadline driven environment
Comfortable with 6 months contract and high possibility convert to perm
