Job Responsibilities:
The Master Data Analyst role is responsible for the Supply Chain Master Data processes. Ensure flawless execution of regional processes. Drive continuous improvements to create value, increase efficiency, and support business growth through operational excellence for all Asia Pacific markets. Master Data Analyst manages the data sets, analyses data and reports KPI results for the region, identify opportunities for improvements in the countries and across the region. He/she will act as regional SME to support master data activities in both regional and global projects.


  • Lead core data governance programs to ensure consistency and compliance between process design and actual country processes.
  • Own and manage the data quality metrics dashboard.
  • Effectively working with master data SMEs and functional owners to identify gaps & opportunities/resolution in data processes, systems, metrics, reports and capabilities.
  • Drives improvements to achieve data quality target.
  • Support business request for any mass creation and changes
  • Utilize master data tools to perform governance & operations e. Win-Shuttle & Information Steward.
  • Engage in User Acceptance Testing for master data related activities

  • Strong ability to lead and manage regional master data projects and process improvements to completion, while effectively collaborating with other business functions under minimal direction/supervision
  • AP lead on assigned global projects, ensuring alignment of regional model to global model, engage in development of global initiatives, and support implementation throughout the region. e. Global data harmonization project.

  • Manage and support related master data technology & tools such as the SAP ECC, APO, SNC, Master Data Workflow (MDWF), Business Warehouse Reporting.
  • Subject Matter Expert for Win-Shuttle, Information Steward & related Master Data tools.

  • Acts as regional SME to develop the master data training materials and deliver effective training sessions to regional and country users.

  • Data Quality (Sigma), Service, Inventory, Responsiveness, Reliability, Productivity, Cost, Quality, Compliance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business (Supply Chain) or technical discipline (IT)
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in Supply Chain or IT (production planning, supply planning, demand planning, manufacturing, customer service, distribution)
  • Experience with SAP R/3, APO, SNC or Workflow is necessary
  • Strong project management experience in a matrix organization
  • Process improvement and problem-solving skills desired.
  • Strong collaborative skills (strategic & tactical), able to negotiate, influence, align, and prioritize
  • Strong multi-cultural communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Results-orientated, creative, practical, analytical, attention to detail, self-motivated, and a team-player
  • Other Experience: Lean, Six Sigma, analytics, Master Data Tools & MS Office tools
