Co-ordinate with Release, Program/Project management, QA and prepare test environment plan. â¢ Technical knowlege on debug the issue in applications and Co-ordinate with the GIO, DBA, Application â¢ Development, and Application Support teams for environment incident/defect resolution. â¢ Knowledge on firewall for P2P testing of the application.

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
