Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Check export documents against Letter of Credit terms and conditions
  • Communicate discrepancies to customers and get disposal instructions
  • Communicate with business units regarding referral
  • Process transactions vis FITAS system
  • Attend to customers and business units enquiries
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Polytechnic Diploma, preferably in Banking and Finance
  • Trade experience is an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently
  • Able to work under pressure
