Roles and Responsibilities
â¢ Providing daily administration & support on Network (LAN, WiFi, NAC, WAN, Internet), Email systems (e.g. Office365), Servers, Storages (SAN, NAS), Remote Access systems, Virtual Machine systems
â¢ Monitoring of IT Infrastructure to ensure optimal IT Services delivery
â¢ Cloud computing migration and operation experience
â¢ Provide data center operation support and administration.
â¢ Technical know-how and experience in IT solutions such as (but not limited to) and at least operated in more than one of the following:
â¢ A must to have in-depth experience in managing and support the following applications/systems â" Cisco & Aruba networking solutions, 802.1x NAC/NAP technologies, MPLS/IPSec/SDN WAN/Internet, Hybrid Cloud Computing Platforms & Technologies (Office365, Azure, etc), Microsoft Active Directory, DNS & DHCP Services, GPO, Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems.
â¢ Good knowledge in administrating the following technologies will be a plus â" Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business, Linux based Operating Systems, Open Source, VMware & Hyper-V hypervisors, SAN/NAS, Endpoint Backup Solution, Citrix, Veritas NetBackup and WhatsUp Gold.
â¢ Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco CCNP, Aruba, VMware, ITIL V3, will be an added advantage.
â¢ Minimum 6 years hands on experience in the above stated technologies
â¢ Knowledge in security patching, software installation, network/system troubleshooting and maintenance.
â¢ Independent worker with initiatives, resourceful, positive attitude, friendly deposition, and team player.
â¢ Experience in working with different cultures and demographics.
â¢ Good analytical skills and attention to details.
â¢ Good verbal and written communication.
