Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the optimum deployment and utilization of key resources Auditors
  • Responsible for planning and scheduling of audits, training classes and other companys activities
  • Provide timely and accurate information (audit date, audit manday, assigning the audit team with appropriate EA code and technical expert, changes in schedule, etc) by working in close cooperation with Sales, Audit Team and Clients.
  • Responsible for providing timely and complete information to all relevant parties for their audit plan preparation and logistics arrangement
  • Responsible for reviewing client application and audit reports
  • Responsible for compiling, updating and maintaining accuracy the companys customer database
  • Responsible for printing and issuance of audit certificate


Requirements:
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling function from any industry although candidates with planning and scheduling experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification industry is strongly preferred
  • Candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience in document control or management of ISO systems from any industry is also suitable
  • Possess strong planning, organizational and follow-up skills
  • Meticulous and multitasking ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to manage conflicts, build bridges and influence people
  • Good telephone skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and ability to work independently and within a team with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
