Job Description


Responsibilities:
  • Primary contact point in Operations Department for maintenance requirement in the plant.
  • Supports Operations Manager in daily production activities to meet EHS, quality, production schedules, turnaround schedule and cost target.
  • Ensures that ALL in the plant abide the safety rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance Department to plan and execute maintenance works to meet EHS requirements, plant production schedule, turnaround schedule, and supply reliability.
  • Coordinate with Unit Day Supervisors and Shift Supervisors for maintenance requirements in the plant
  • Coordinate maintenance work notifications through SAP to maintain and repair process equipment.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance in planning and scheduling of corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, shut down maintenance and project modification works.
  • Provide consolidated plant reliability performance metrics and analysis to the plant management.
  • Coordinate with Capital Project Team to execute project works safely in the plant.
  • Support issuing SAP purchase requisition for procurement of general materials and services
  • Provide secondary backup for Maintenance Planner. Role-mapped as Super User for SAP PM and MM (MRO) modules.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of plant experience in a Chemical / Petrochemical industry.
  • Able to interpret and understand piping and instrumentation diagrams, and cause and effect diagrams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and good computer knowledge
  • Continue to maintain SAP Super User proficiency after training.
