PERM SECRETARY/ OFFICE ASSISTANT (UP TO $5000) Job Responsibilities
• Regional and overseas travel arrangements and accommodation • Supporting directors for admin matters • Process the expense reimbursement, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of expense reimbursement requests for finance • Prepare presentation materials, spreadsheets etc • Assist in coordinating meetings and book meeting rooms, venues and conference call facilities, and organize catering as required • Be involved in ad-hoc company/section projects
Requirements • Diploma and above • 4-5 years of secretary experience • Professional and positive attitude • Good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Words, Excel) • Able to work independently with initiative
Salary ranges from S$4500 to $5000 with attractive benefits

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
