Personal Assistant / Secretary (Private Bank)

  • Provide secretarial support to the Director
  • Responsible for calendar management, travel arrangements and organising meeting appointments
  • Preparation of reports, presentation materials and meeting agenda
  • In-charge of minutes taking during board meetings
  • Process travel expenses and claims for Director
  • Oversee the receptionist and cover receptionist duties when required
  • Overall in-charge of office administration matters and office security system
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Director
  • ,
  • 5 years of relevant secretarial/administrative experience in Banks or Financial institutions, preferably with knowledge of private banking operations
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Prior practical experience in minutes taking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels
  • Meticulous and proactive with the ability to multi-task
