Our client is a leading manufacturer in semiconductor
Job Description:
  • Develop and manage program definition, sponsor and stakeholder expectations and requirements 
  • Define alignment of programs on Site strategic objectives 
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations 
  • Facilitate programs to sustaining mode or close out programs 
  • Work with the site team and business partners on program to create road map strategies 
  • Lead or facilitate weekly project meetings. Provide data analysis as needed 
  • Help the overall PMO in terms of site deliverables 
  • Identify opportunities to improve and sustain business processes and practices that will allow Micron to be more effective 
  • Demonstrate ability to move projects effectively through project lifecycle propose, initiate, plan, execute, and Post Implementation Review (PIR) while balancing time, cost, quality, scope, and risk/opportunity constraints. Manage changes in program scope. Identify potential crises, and develop and execute resolution plans 
  • Utilize strategic tools, such as K-T Project Management, and K-T Problem Solving/Decision Making, to plan and communicate project objectives and deliverables 
  • Motivate stakeholders, sponsor and all project team members to take ownership of project and its success 
  • Understand and use the best media (e-mail, SharePoint, Global Workforce Platform (GWP), PowerPoint, etc.) and techniques for transferring ideas, information, and updates to a particular audience 
  • Support Site communications, Site team member meetings, Site wide events/activities, include but not limited to, VP visits, Corporate visits (groups that dont have TMs on Site), etc. 
  • Support and help establish Project Management Office (PMO) processes and ensure deliverables under PMO will be executed on time and is aligned with the Site objectives/deliverables. 
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in engineering processes and systems, or operations and project management. Candidate with experience in public relations and program management will be an advantage. 
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and fluent in English and Malay, written and verbal translation skills are preferred. 
  • Have strong social and interpersonal skills for networking & building relationships with outside stakeholders. 
This position will be based in Muar Malaysia
