The Requirements: · At least 8+ years of project management · Have a proven track record as a project manager for large web projects in regional or global MNC. · Ability to demonstrate completed web projects and explain the role played in these projects. · Have solid technical understanding of Adobe Experience Manager, Microsoft Chatbot (Luis) and other tools like JIRA. · Have solid understanding of html, css, cloud hosting etc · Have strong experience in creating websites that effectively sell products or services. · Have excellent team management, communications, people and written skills. · Have excellent problem solving, organization, and time management skills. · Ability to research and learn new technologies quickly and on your own.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
